ATTENTION Families of Rising Seniors:
One dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACWY, MenQuadfi, Menactra, Menveo) is required for entry into 12th grade for all students. This dose must be administered at 16 years or older. Students starting 12th grade must provide documentation to the school nurse prior to the start of school year. Without documentation of this vaccine, your senior will be sent home on the first day of school. Please send immunization record to Nurse Kim at kcorrea@ycsd.york.va.us
