Mr. Conrad, Senior Class Sponsor, has several important updates and reminders for the Class of 2027.

Rho Kappa Interest Meeting

Do you enjoy history, politics, psychology, sociology, or other social studies subjects? If so, consider learning more about Rho Kappa, the National Social Studies Honor Society.

Students who have completed two full years of high school social studies are invited to attend an informational meeting on Monday, September 15, after school in Room 504. The meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about membership requirements, activities, and the benefits of joining this nationally recognized honor society.

Varsity Letter Jacket Sales Coming Soon!

Have you earned your letter and are ready to show your Falcon pride? Meca Varsity Letter Jackets will be on campus October 6-8 during lunch blocks for letter jacket sales and ordering.

A varsity letter jacket is a timeless tradition that celebrates your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. Students can explore jacket options, customization opportunities, and place orders during the event.

Literacy Under the Lights

Mark your calendars for an exciting evening of reading, family fun, and community connection!

York Zone schools are partnering to host Literacy Under the Lights on Monday, October 6, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Bailey Field. Families from Dare Elementary, Seaford Elementary, Yorktown Elementary, Yorktown Middle School, and York High School are invited to come together and celebrate the joy of reading.

Parents of Seniors applying for college! Before your student's school counselor can send transcripts, recommendation letters, or application documents through SchooLinks, you'll need to complete a FERPA Authorization. Follow this guide to do so before your student's application deadline!

PSAT/SAT Testing Day Information

York High School will operate on a modified schedule on Tuesday, October 13, to administer the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, and PSAT 8/9.

Students participating in testing should follow their regular transportation schedule. A second bus run will operate on a three-hour delay for students who are not participating in testing.
